• Supervision of the projects, especially HVAC, All Electrical Systems, Lifts and Automation systems which can be called the heart of a job,

• Extraction of the entire budget, not only superficially, including indirect costs,

• Providing accurate information on legal fees (such as special taxes, etc.) and showing them in the budget,

• Preparation of cash flow program according to the duration of the project,

• Auditing of the budget in the periodical project, if desired,
